Mandeville Art Gallery

This video project, celebrated at the San Diego Architecture Foundation's Orchids and Onions awards, showcases the renovation led by Studio E Architects. The gallery, part of the UC San Diego's Ernest W. Mandeville Center for the Arts, originally designed by A. Quincy Jones in 1975, now features a modern 2,360 sq ft gallery space, an outdoor plaza, and a LED media mesh façade, all LEED Silver Certified. This revitalization not only enhances the campus but also connects the university's arts and cultural offerings to the broader San Diego community, marking a significant step in the integration of art, architecture, and sustainable design.

Video produced in partnership with Brady Architecture Photography.
